The best thing we can do is make them strong and resilient. Through our youth fitness program, your child will develop qualities like, trust, cohesion, self- accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.

OUR
kids PROGRAM

Gladiators (9-13yrs)
Kids classes focusing on making fitness fun through games and workouts where the intent is learning how to move properly while also burning off some of that endless energy that is so prevalent for this age group.

Spartans (13-18yrs)
Our teen program is made to be skill-based, challenging and progressive. We aim to keep it fun and engaging, developing agility, speed, co-ordination, power, strength and overall conditioning.
